“I booked a room at 1:30 am thinking they had availability as I was at the front door and the room was offered on Expedia. They not only did not have availability but decided to keep my money when I walked through the front door as I needed it that night and not at 3pm.”

“Hotel had a bad smell upon entry way. Bathroom was not clean the tub kept filling up while taking a shower. Roaches and roach eggs were found. You can tell that the hotel staff does not clean well the whole place was dusty. Also the parking garage across the street was closed so we literally had for drive around for 20 minutes looking for one that was open. Will not be staying here ever again .”
