“Expedia had some error with the room I booked however, Daniel who worked the front desk quicky helped me out and resolved the issue. All of the staff members were super friendly. The food and drinks were good at Bistro...and Willie who was our server was amazing, we actually looked forward too seeing him and speaking to him daily. “Recently stayed here over the weekend. Our original room wasnt ready so they decided to get us a different room. Cool... until we walked in and there was over 25 poop foot prints from the bed to the bathroom. Staff gave very little care and then downgraded our room. New room smelled like the Harbour, cold shower, dirty towels and a non-working fridge. Will never stay here again!”
